Privacy in Tray Runner

Last updated: October 2, 2026 (where players come from)

What we record

To learn whether the game is fun and easy to understand, we record anonymous gameplay data: when you start and finish a level, whether you win, which power-ups and surprise events come up, what you get with your tips in the game's shop (staff and upgrades, bought with in-game tips, not money), how long you play and your daily challenge score. We also record your device language and time zone (for example en-US and America/New_York) to know roughly which countries our players come from. If you arrive from a link with a campaign tag (for example, from one of our videos), we also record that tag and the website you came from (only its domain, such as “tiktok.com”), to know which posts bring players. All of it is tied to a random ID created by your browser or by the app; it is not linked to your name, email or account. This applies to the website, the CrazyGames version and the Android app.

Feedback from testers

If you send the form on the testers page, we store what you write (and your contact, only if you leave it yourself) together with the same random ID, your device language and time zone. We use it only to improve the game.

What we don't record

Where it is stored

In a Supabase database. Your progress (stars, records, settings) stays on your device. On CrazyGames it is also saved to your CrazyGames account if you are logged in, so you don't lose it when you switch devices.

Ads

To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, AdMob uses your device's advertising ID and technical data about your phone. Google explains how it uses that data here.

In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the Android app asks for your consent with Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before your data is used for personalized ads. If you say no, you get non-personalized ads. You can change your choice in Settings → Ad privacy, and reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings at any time.

The Android app asks for internet access and the advertising ID permission (for ads). Nothing else.

How to turn it off

In the game: Settings → Anonymous stats → OFF. If you want us to delete the data tied to your browser, message @nocodeboy on X.
